I wasn't sure if I wanted to take out a membership with this group, purely because of my experience with other low cost gyms, however I was very pleasantly surprised after my very first visit to the Gym Group. The location is great, car park - free, clean and modern building, high quality equipment, pleasant and helpful staff. So yup, so far so good. It's early days but this is my first impression and somehow I don't think I'm going to be disappointed going forwards ... Well I hope

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at King Star Gym.The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences.
